Exchange and refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving your order. Please note: during discount or sale periods, exchanges and/or refunds may not be allowed.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Basiou reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

3.Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees related to returns or exchanges.

4.Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, and its condition approved, the refund will be processed accordingly.
